terrible experienc at applebees

on 4/10/2015 i went to applebees co-op city after along day of shopping seeing people waiting i asked hostess how long of a wait she mumbled something i didnt understand asked again she responded nasty wait till i comeback when seated we order a beer grey goose martini steak w shrimp and ribs after 20 min no drinks 10 more min beer and some green concoction(not martini) are delivered green drink returned 15 minutes later food arrived steak was overcooked veggies were raw mashed potatos good ribs tender both dishes were cold and still no martini halfway finished martini arrived NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!
